Doggy White Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pc Egg (L) (~50g)

Equipment

  • 1 Cheese Grater

Method
 

  1. Add water to pot, just enough to cover the egg
  2. Turn on the stove & heat the water till rolling boil
  3. Add Egg & place lid over pot. Cook for 11mins.
  4. Remove egg from pot & cool under tap water for 3 minutes.
  5. Peel egg & place in container. Freeze for 3 hours.
  6. Take egg out of freezer & grate to rice size bits with large size cheese grater
  7. Warm before serve or place in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
