Method
- Add water to pot, just enough to cover the egg
- Turn on the stove & heat the water till rolling boil
- Add Egg & place lid over pot. Cook for 11mins.
- Remove egg from pot & cool under tap water for 3 minutes.
- Peel egg & place in container. Freeze for 3 hours.
- Take egg out of freezer & grate to rice size bits with large size cheese grater
- Warm before serve or place in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
